MEET KASIA FRASER
I have been practicing yoga and meditation in last 20 years and became an instructor in 2005. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude and freedom. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and their surroundings.
I offer weekly community classes on Wed's at 4pm and Sat's at 9am PT, Art of Living workshops, private classes, as well as vegan cooking demos to help my clients to achieve healthier bodies and minds.
