MEET KASIA FRASER
I have been practicing yoga and meditation in last 20 years and became an instructor in 2005. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude and freedom. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and their surroundings. I offer online sessions, Art of Living workshops, private classes, as well as vegan cooking demos to help my clients to achieve healthier bodies and minds.
