Kasia Fraser has been a yoga and meditation instructor since 2005. She believes in living a life full of joy, gratitude and freedom. These feelings inform and guide her teaching and practice, which is focused on helping students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. She offers public classes, Art of Living workshopsprivate sessions, as well as vegan cooking demos to help her clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
